239 - Spring 2025 Launch Recap (lower sales, big lessons, and future shifts)

Our latest WAIM Unlimited launch was smaller than expected, but instead of panicking, we’re using it as a chance to adapt, experiment, and pivot. In this launch recap episode, we’re breaking down:The details of our Spring 2025 launch (amidst first trimester, new 6-month option, and our very minimal marketing effort)Why we think sales were lower this time (hello, economic uncertainty, changing buyer behavior, and declining web traffic)What we’re doing differently moving forward (getting back on social, refining our offers, and leaning into AI tools for creators)Our plans for WAIM Unlimited, Calm Launch Formula, and where we see our business evolving for the rest of 2025If you’ve ever had a launch that didn’t go as planned, we hope this episode reminds you that business is an ever-changing game—and that reinvention is part of the process. 237 - 4 steps to make your next launch feel CALM

This episode goes out to anyone who has felt stressed during a launch! We want to help change that for you and we have 4 steps that ensure your launches are calm, profitable, and feel effortless.THE biggest mistake we see folks making when doing live launches is not enough planning and prep time (our own customer survey data showed 75% of people plan a launch in 4 weeks or less). Not giving yourself enough time leads to overwhelm, a lack of pre-marketing, and what we call a “floppy launch” (read: not many sales). We touch on four things in this episode that every launch needs to feel calmer while also driving more sales! We hope you walk away from this episode giving your next launch more lead-up time AND when your launch starts you are having that (stress-free!) twiddling-your-thumbs moment.🎙️ Listen to Jason’s episode on the How To Money podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/launching-an-offbeat-and-sustainable-business-w/id1337718773?i=1000697828135 🍪 Try Jason’s fantastic chocolate chip cookie recipe: https://cooked.wiki/saved/5c71efb8-0c69-431f-957f-6d43e9a40daf ***😏 If you’ve been thinking about using Teachery to build your online courses, take advantage of our Lifetime Deal at https://teachery.com/limited-time 💌 Want practical tips to help you grow your creator business-without burning out? 234 - We built an accountability app with NO CODE!

If you can’t tell, we are pretty bullish on no-code tools right now and we’re excited to share this episode talking about how we built an accountability app/game for our membership community! We walk through why we think creating tools is an alternate marketing path instead of creating content for social media. While everyone is focusing on Reels, TikTok, etc, you could be making tools without the need of a developer OR any design skills at all. The tool we’ve been using is called Lovable and you don’t need to know anything about databases, code, Github, etc. You just need to be able to type in a chat prompt (like GPT).Let us be clear, no-code does NOT mean no effort. Building anything takes patience, time, and a willingness to learn new things and fight through the ups and downs. But, we are so excited with what we’ve been able to create with our WAIM of Stones accountability app for our WAIM Unlimited members. And we’d much rather spend our time creating long-lasting tools that solve problems as opposed to publishing vertical video content that lasts 24 hours at best.🔗 Links:https://bit.ly/jasonlovable (our Lovable aff link)https://youtu.be/FMq4CRNBlw0 (watch Jason build a tool with Lovable)https://wanderingaimfully.com/join (join WAIM to use the app!) ***😏 If you’ve been thinking about using Teachery to build your online courses, take advantage of our Lifetime Deal at https://teachery.com/limited-time 💌 Want practical tips to help you grow your creator business-without burning out?
