One of my favorite business podcasts!!
This ranks really high up there in my list of favorite podcasts for creative business owners. Jason and Caroline are a breath of fresh air in what often feels like a very crowded online space. They blend their quirky sense of humor with practical, spot-on conversations and insights on everything from running a business to navigating a relationship to working as a creative to making perfect cinnamon rolls. Definitely a must-listen for any creative small business/service providers/digital product creators.

I continue to get value from this podcast, even though they have recorded this many episodes. If you are looking for a different kind of online business advice, this podcast is worth checking out!

For the overwhelmed or underwhelmed entrepreneur
Well, all of the 5 out of 5 stars reviews I think says it all. I have been listening to Jason and Caroline obsessively now for days, weeks. They are a perfect mix and balance of business advice and guidance, with huge splashes of humor, plus realness and honesty mixed in. They are transparent about their business financials and what they’re presently trying to figure out or how far they’ve come. And while they’re very successful in my book, you don’t feel like they’re far off bajillionaires that you just can’t relate to. Their business model is SO generous I feel that they are truly activist minded at heart. They are so giving and it comes through in their charitable giving but also in talking about race and social justice and working on themselves kind of way. I love their relationship as a couple and as business partners. It’s full of respect, thoughtfulness and tons of laughs and giggles. Thank you both for all your hard work and giving to us newbie entrepreneurs!

A must listen for Business Owners!
I’ve been putting off writing a review because I couldn’t figure out a concise way of explaining just how amazing and wonderful and informative and helpful and supportive and timely and timeless Jason and Caroline advice and discussions are.
Well, I guess that does a good job!
A few key points:
1) They actively work on examining their privilege, whiteness, and unconscious biases in real time. It’s a breathe of fresh air to hear actual evolving and growth happening.
2) The banter in the beginning was my biggest obstacle when I started listening. And now it is my favorite part. It gives me time to settle into my brain space to listen about their business topics. And I feel more connected and engaged with them.
3) They beautifully integrate the importance of maintaining a life rhythm into growing and sustaining your business. They regularly remind us of the necessity to take care of ourselves to best serve our business and clients.
And finally, cinnamon loller all.the.way!

Officially my fav
Okay, here’s the deal. Pods are a dime a dozen nowadays and I’m a pod hopper. J dog and Carol are officially my favorite podcasters.
This pod brings me back down to earth and simplifies business for me. I can get overwhelmed and burned out easily, but after an ep, I feel calm, cool, collected, and ready to do what’s actually needed for my biz!
All the while making me laugh...out loud. Actually though, not just in my head.. I’m talking verbal laughter that other people can hear with their earballs.
I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I open up podcast almost every day awaiting the next episode... even though I know when it comes out.
From the preambles, to the movie reviews, to the transparency and human-ness, the cute couple things, “parenting advice,” baking tips, and puns...this pod has it all.
Couldn’t recommend it more.

Fun, relatable, a true business game changer! 🔥
Jason and Caroline are hilarious, down to earth, and each episode is so helpful. Listening to them validates so much that goes on inside my head and has helped me make crucial decisions in my business. Refreshing, light hearted, content that matters!

Actionable and fun
I love this podcast and could listen to these two all day! I love their silliness as well and the way they banter with each other. They break down business tips in a way that makes things easy. If you feel overwhelmed about business, let them help you. I highly recommend listening.

I love this podcast because it feels like I’m sitting down with two of friends just shooting the -ish about business that isn’t focused on hustle hustle hustle. I love the openness they share about mental health, mistakes and so much more.

Love this approach to life and business
I’ve listened to A LOT of business and personal growth podcasts and this is one of the very best. I love Jason and Caroline’s approach to life and business and they’ve really helped me stay focused on what matters most in both areas.

I’m charmed. Can’t get enough of these hosts!
This podcast wanders (aimfully) through a range of topics, from business tactics to life moves to self care, but whatever the topic I’m utterly charmed by the hosts’ rapport. I’ve followed Caroline and Jason throughout their business journeys, but this podcast is my favorite thing they’ve ever created together. I laugh, I cry, I learn things, I grow increasingly concerned about the amount of WGDFY trivia items I already knew... (why is my brain storing the origin stories for every obscure idiomatic expression AND weird animal facts?!)
Even if you are not a SBO or entrepreneur, this podcast is such a treat.

Bringing the realness to this biz thing
Caroline and Jason have always been my go-to people for all things business. They are straight-forward, transparent, authentic (like, the real authentic - not the IG influencer “authentic”), and provide so much information-packed value. They’re a breath of fresh air in the crazy world of entrepreneurship as they speak on how to truly balance life and work. Additionally, they’re hilarious and blend well together as a powerful business duo (or duet as Jason might say).

Real and refreshing

A business podcast that doesn’t sound like a business podcast
I’m really digging the podcast so far! Jason and Caroline are goofy, and honest and approachable and it’s so much fun to listen to their discussions. I love that you all (switching pronouns here, no big deal) are talking about fitness and therapy and finances - all the other stuff people don’t dive into in a normal business podcast. Keep up the great work y’all!

My new secret bff’s who don’t know me- is that creepy?
I am a fan of pretty much everything these two cuties do- they are such wonderful examples of how to be a vulnerable and honest person in this world. I also love that the first non introductory episode is about therapy. My therapist is the Best! Omg she’s amazing. Jason I gotta tell ya- go get some. It’s like a massage for your emotional body- hurts when you get it but you feel good afterwards. I mean, I cope with humor too but it’s still coping- ya know? Though I do think that humor is a long lost healing art... anywho- listen to this show. You might just like it!

Great to have them back!
I was a huge fan of Jason’s old show The Action Army. I’m glad to have him back in my earballs. I’ve only listened to one episode so far, but I’m really enjoying it.

Rated E - For Entrepreneurial
As someone who has followed the entrepreneurial journey of Jason and Carol from the beginning, including the multiple podcasts, I'm not sure why the podcast is labeled as explicit. I think Apple probably meant for it to be "E" for Entrepreneurial. Jason and Carol bring personality to their entrepreneurial journey and you will not want to miss a single episode. I wish I was not commuting and listening because I am sure the YouTube podcast is 100x more entertaining.

Whoop whoop
Another great project from Jason and Caroline. The podcast reminds me of another podcast that I love, Young House Love Has A Podcast. Like John and Sherry, Jason and Caroline are partners in every sense of the word. In addition to being spouses, they work together, podcast together, and seem genuinely passionate about helping listeners/watchers improve their lives.
PS...my son has ACHOO and I had no idea there was a fun word for it. #gamechanger
